📋 Description
- Design user-centered solutions for complex Healthcare applications
- Lead UX design activities from discovery through delivery
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
- Create personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes
- Design and maintain scalable design systems and UX standards
- Translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive experiences
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Present design concepts, recommendations, and research findings
- Support solutioning, estimation, and continuous UX improvement initiatives
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability best practices across products
