Job Overview

The Senior UI/UX Developer will be responsible for designing and delivering intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling user experiences across AI-powered and data-driven enterprise platforms. This role leads end-to-end UX execution—from research and interaction design to high-fidelity UI and implementation support—ensuring usability, accessibility, and alignment with business objectives.

The position collaborates closely with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Stakeholders across global delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for enterprise and data-intensive applications
• Conduct UX research including user interviews, journey mapping, personas, and usability testing
• Translate complex analytical and business requirements into intuitive user flows
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups
• Create and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and WCAG-compliant designs
• Collaborate with frontend developers for accurate UI implementation
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and design reviews
• Continuously improve product usability based on user feedback and analytics
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
