Who We’re Looking For
You’re a user-centered researcher and designer who can move beyond simply creating interfaces. You’re comfortable conducting research, analyzing user feedback, developing prototypes, testing concepts, and translating findings into practical design recommendations.
You can work directly with users, developers, stakeholders, and senior leaders to understand complex needs and turn them into achievable design solutions. You know how to communicate research findings and design requirements clearly to different audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
You take an evidence-based approach to design and are willing to challenge conventional approaches when a different research methodology or perspective could uncover better insights. You understand that successful UX work requires more than individual design decisions—it requires building trust across organizational boundaries, navigating operational constraints, and helping teams understand the value of user research.
You bring empathy, intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and strong communication skills to complex problems. When you identify an opportunity to improve a workflow, process, or digital product, you look for solutions that are intuitive, practical, maintainable, and grounded in actual user needs.
