📋 Description

• Lead the design process from discovery and user research through high-fidelity prototyping and post-launch optimization
• Simplify complex insurance logic into clear, accessible user journeys
• Create service blueprints mapping the entire policy lifecycle
• Use product analytics and A/B testing results to validate designs and improve conversion
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Tech Leads on technical feasibility and product roadmap alignment
• Contribute to and advocate for the internal design system
• Support consistency, accessibility, and scalability across the platform
• Provide feedback during design reviews
• Mentor intermediate and junior designers
• Lead design strategy across customer-facing and internal applications
• Own key product areas and improve design processes and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
• Proven track record, ideally within Fintech, Insurtech, or complex SaaS environments
• Portfolio showcasing the design thinking process, constraints, and complex user flows
• Expert-level skills in Figma
• Familiarity with modern hand-off and research tools
• Ability to balance "blue-sky" vision with MVP reality in an agile, fast-moving startup
• Ability to articulate the rationale behind design decisions to stakeholders
• Ability to turn data and research into compelling narratives
