Senior UX Designer

As a Senior User Experience Designer at [REDACTED] in Bangalore, you will report to the Director of User Experience. Your main responsibilities will include creating, evaluating, and modifying prototypes to support software application development. You will also develop user profiles focusing on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation, and task and objective analyses. Additionally, you will apply software design and usability processes to investigate technical problems and provide product usability evaluation and support to product development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver user experience designs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative user experiences.
• Take ownership of a project or significant product release.
• Present design concepts and deliverables to the design team and internal stakeholders for approval.
• Work with senior designers to drive projects to completion.
• Participate in internal and external design reviews.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline (UX, HCI, Industrial Design, Cognitive Psychology, Graphic Design, etc.).
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
