Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer at [REDACTED], you will be part of a dynamic team in Chennai contributing to the award-winning [REDACTED] product. Your main responsibility will be to work closely with a multi-disciplinary agile R&D team to define, design, and test product and digital service features to create valuable and delightful experiences for users.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and frame user-centered problems effectively
• Conduct discovery to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through methods such as interviews, surveys, and observational studies
• Develop and organize the structure of information within a product for easy navigation and accessibility
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and facilitate user testing and feedback
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the agile planning, design, and development process
• Ensure product features meet UX quality standards for workflow and interaction design
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, gather feedback, and incorporate it into the design process
