📋 Description
- Lead delivery of UX solutions for complex features and reusable components from definition through implementation and release
- Translate user needs and business requirements into prototypes, interaction specifications, and testable acceptance criteria
- Guide Design and Engineering teams on components, design systems, accessibility, performance, and maintainability
- Validate workflows and user experiences through prototyping and incorporate findings into final designs
- Contribute to the evolution and consistency of the design system by promoting reuse and best practices
- Identify and mitigate usability, accessibility, and implementation risks before development begins
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to designers and UX Technologists
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Product, and leadership teams to drive evidence-based decisions
- Build feature-level prototypes that validate interaction logic and workflow fit
- Improve reusable component behavior, states, and usage guidance
- Guide implementation of keyboard, screen reader, state, and semantic behavior
- Surface implementation and usability risks before release planning commitments
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT with advanced UX experience
- Fluent in English
- Advanced experience in UX, prototyping, Front End technologies, component-based architectures, design systems, accessibility, and usability validation
- Ability to balance user experience, technical feasibility, maintainability, and business objectives
- Ability to leverage typography, color, layout, composition, and materiality for visual interface design
- Experience developing visual language studies, design specifications, and documentation
- Skilled in [REDACTED] CC, [REDACTED] including AI Suite and [REDACTED], hand drawing and visual communication, and [REDACTED] Edge
- Understanding of digital display and software technology implications for visual interface design
