Your work will directly influence how strategy becomes reality, ensuring complex change programmes translate into intuitive, accessible and user‑centred outcomes.

What you’ll lead & influence:

• Design and improve end‑to‑end user journeys across trading platforms
• Apply user experience design principles to complex transformation initiatives
• Partner closely with product, engineering and business stakeholders
• Advocate for usability, accessibility and inclusive design best practice
• Translate strategic objectives into clear, user‑centred design solutions
• Contribute to shaping design standards and ways of working within a new UX team

What you bring:

• Proven experience as a Senior User Experience Designer, with interaction design experience
• You have worked in a financial services environment, ideally with complex systems comfortable working with graphs & numbers
• Experience working on large‑scale digital platforms or transformation programmes
• Confidence collaborating in cross‑functional, agile environments
• A strong user‑centred mindset, grounded in research and evidence
• Solid understanding of accessibility and usability principles
• The ability to influence, communicate and bring stakeholders on the journey
