📋 Description

• Work end-to-end across the design process: discovery, prototyping, validation, and delivery
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other teams to define problems and solutions
• Influence product decisions based on data, research, and design best practices
• Map user journeys, identify friction points, and propose continuous improvements
• Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile
• Conduct research and use data and metrics to inform decisions
• Ensure interface consistency through UX best practices and use of the design system
• Participate in Agile rituals (Scrum) and monitor implementation of solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in digital product design (UX/UI)
• End-to-end experience (discovery through delivery)
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Ability to make data- and metrics-driven decisions
• Good communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
