Senior UI/UX Designer

At [REDACTED], we are looking for a Senior Designer to help us solve complex and exciting problems for our B2B and B2C products.

You will be responsible for shaping up user experience by collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams to remove any roadblocks, facilitating improvement of our products, and identifying new opportunities based on consumer insights. You will be part of a team with a technical inclination and can envision both the product as a whole and little details.

We run a distributed remote-first team, so we seek people who can manage themselves and work independently.

Experience :

• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills.
• Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and translating findings into intuitive product experiences.
• Ability to balance user goals, business requirements, and technical constraints to deliver meaningful solutions.
