📋 Description
- Responsible for maintaining and elaborating our complex design systems
- Designing consistent interfaces for apps
- Guiding them through development implementation
- Developing hypotheses to improve user experience
- Collaborating closely with the development team.
🎯 Requirements
- 5 years as a UI/UX Designer
- Strong portfolio with real projects, including at least one full UX case study
- Proven experience developing and maintaining complex design systems
- Proficiency in Figma and Jira or similar
- Availability to overlap with US working hours (8:00–11:00 AM PT) to ensure effective collaboration with the US-based part of the team
- Strong command of English (B2+) and Russian (C1+).
