📋 Description
- Own UI/UX design for [REDACTED] end to end, from concept through Figma to build-ready specifications that ship
- Handle [REDACTED] Plus backend configuration, including products, collections, metafields, checkout, apps, navigation, and discounts
- Lead design for custom development projects with the internal development team, including [REDACTED]/[REDACTED] integration and the sample ordering experience
- Partner with Growth Marketing on landing pages, CRO experiments, and site performance
- Use AI tooling, including Claude, to increase design output
- Direct the work of remote/offshore developers
- Work directly with leadership to understand market direction
- Serve as a [REDACTED] Brand Ambassador and represent the company’s core values
- Maintain a beautiful, fast, converting, mobile-first, accessible e-commerce experience
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience for e-commerce
- Significant [REDACTED] experience, ideally [REDACTED] Plus
- Expert proficiency in [REDACTED]
- Ability to produce build-ready specifications developers can execute without back-and-forth
- Fluency in the [REDACTED] Plus admin
- HTML/CSS/Liquid literacy sufficient to QA developer work and prototype small changes
- Very strong AI-first approach to UI/UX design
- Experience in the Home category, such as tile, flooring, furniture, fixtures, building materials, or décor
- Understanding of visual-first merchandising, sample-driven purchase journeys, and long consideration cycles
- Self-directed and comfortable owning a function solo
- Experience directing remote/offshore developers
- Strong e-commerce instincts for conversion, page speed, mobile-first design, and accessibility
