📋 Description

• Own the full UX lifecycle from discovery and concept development through wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototyping, and engineering handoff across web and mobile platforms
• Design user-centered experiences that simplify complex AI-driven security workflows and enterprise systems
• Define information architecture for data-rich, analytics-heavy products
• Lead user research initiatives, including field studies, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis
• Validate concepts through rapid prototyping, usability testing, and iterative experimentation
• Build and evolve [REDACTED]’s cross-platform design system
• Leverage UX analytics and product data to improve usability, adoption, and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Leadership on design quality and scalable implementation
• Align UX strategy with product roadmap priorities and contribute to long-term platform vision
• Present and defend design decisions using research, data, and principled thinking
• Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for complex B2B, enterprise, or data-heavy platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work across research, interaction design, and high-fidelity execution
• Proven experience designing complex systems, dashboards, or analytics-driven applications
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design systems
• Experience leading user research initiatives and translating insights into shipped product improvements
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
