📋 Description
- Lead the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design standards
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user stories, create wireframes, and develop prototypes
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure a positive user experience
- Design responsive interfaces that adapt to different devices and screen sizes
- Create design assets such as icons, illustrations, and animations to enhance the user interface
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides across digital products and services
- Mentor and provide guidance to other UI/UX designers on design best practices
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
- 2+ years of experience with wireframing and prototype development
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their impact on design decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in technological services or government industries is an advantage
