Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for Senior UI/UX Designer.

Your main tasks will be:

• Building and evolving design systems for iOS, Android, and mobile web
• Creating prototypes and communicating microinteractions to the team
• Running user research: interviews, usability tests, A/B tests
• Shaping product decisions using both UX and product metrics
• Owning design from ideation to measurable impact

We expect from you:

• 4+ years in UX/UI design, 2+ years in product companies (startups preferred)
• Portfolio with real impact: ideation, A/B tests, redesigns, results
• Experience on B2C products as a Senior Product Designer
• Proactive, self-driven, comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Figma, JIRA, Confluence
• English B2+
