📋 Description
- Design web applications and product experiences from problem framing through delivery
- Work within an established design system using components, variants, tokens, and reusable patterns
- Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and user flows in [REDACTED]
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers in an agile environment
- Consider edge cases including empty, loading, error, permission, and other non-happy paths
- Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly based on critique and user needs
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of professional Product Design / UX/UI experience
- Proven experience designing web applications that were shipped to production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- Advanced [REDACTED] skills: components, Auto Layout, prototyping
- Experience working with established Design Systems, including components, variants, and design tokens
- Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience with survey, research, or analytics products
- Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG
- Experience designing for multiple user roles and permission levels
- Data visualization experience
- Motion and micro-interactions
