Role Overview:

We are currently working on a number ambitious and exciting projects that will catapult [REDACTED] internationally and we are utilising the very latest technologies to get there. As we continue to grow sustainably, a new position has arisen for a Senior UIUX Designer reporting directly to the Lead UIUX.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior UI/ UX Designer to join our passionate and talented UX/UI team. Below is some more information about the role. The ideal candidate is a passionate, energetic, and hands-on Visual Designer with knowledge of investments and banking. This dynamic individual will have a fresh and open approach to creativity and is willing to work with and learn from a wider team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Research, design and refine user experiences within specified product requirements
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Develop high-level mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
• Attending sprint meetings and obtaining feedback from the team
• Working with the product owner to refine initial designs based on feedback gathered
• Analyse the usability of existing products and provide suggestions for change
• Be responsible for advocating for users in a fast-paced business environment
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Collaborate with other designers to evangelize new interface guidelines and design patterns
