Senior UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to help define and evolve the visual and interaction layer of a growing digital product. This role is focused on design systems, prototyping, and website experiences, not handoff-only visuals.

You will own how product and marketing surfaces are designed, documented, and maintained. This includes building and managing a design system, creating high-quality prototypes in Figma, and translating those designs into functional websites using tools like Webflow or Framer.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, consistency, and ownership and who wants to work in an early-stage environment where design decisions directly shape how users experience the product.
