Senior UI/UX Designer

Shape the future of [REDACTED]’s digital customer experience, leading user-centred design across the end-to-end journey and turning insight, data and bold ideas into experiences that drive real impact

To help ensure we stay at the top of our game, we are now looking for a new Senior UI/UX Designer to join us. You’ll be helping to drive growth and elevate the customer journey across our e-commerce platform

You’ll lead initiatives that optimise conversion, retention, and usability across [REDACTED], our account area, and internal tools that support the business behind the scenes

• Designing and optimising experiences across the e-commerce site, customer account area, and internal tools
• Partnering with Engineering, Marketing, Creative, and Content teams to launch high-impact digital features
• Collaborating with our Senior UI/UX Designer to ensure our solutions are data-driven, user-first, and aligned with commercial goals
• Supporting and scaling our design system to ensure design consistency and development efficiency
• Running UX research studies to better understand customer pain points and motivations
• Contributing to the UX roadmap, prioritising enhancements that drive higher conversion, average order value, and lifetime value
• Designing across the full journey, from landing pages and product detail pages to checkout, post-purchase and retention flows
