📋 Description

• Assure quality creative across multiple channels while meeting accessibility, SEO, brand standards, and development requirements
• Master client presentations and non-creative communication
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of marketing, customer journeys, and messaging hierarchies across email, direct mail, in-app, landing pages/microsites, social, digital display, and physical channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative exceeding client and user expectations
• Cultivate relationships with senior clients to drive organic growth and foster long-term partnerships
• Apply a user-centric approach to creative and design, ensuring user research delivers actionable insights
• Create UI, UX, and content for digital experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in designing, planning, and facilitating experience workshops
• Ensure consistent brand representation across print, social, video, digital, and out-of-home creative
• Oversee compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences
• Work with copywriters, art directors, and designers to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation
• Engage audiences using sketches, blueprints, and prototypes to gather feedback
• Apply knowledge of the digital landscape, technical requirements, brand development, and design
• Multitask across projects and meet deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in digital product design or human-centered design
• 5+ years of agency experience
• Experience developing responsive digital experiences, designs, style guides, and platforms
• Experience developing brands and integrated creative campaigns
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with ability to adapt to new software
• Portfolio of relevant work experience focused on experience design and strategic thinking
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams internally and externally
• An eye for detail and ability to see the big picture
• Excellent follow-through and ownership; ability to complete jobs on time, on-budget, and within tight deadlines
