Three years ago [REDACTED] created a Technical Program Management discipline to manage the portfolio of [REDACTED] Group programs across all its business units and provide global visibility to leadership. This team will provide hands-on program management when product delivery and integration span organizational boundaries.

Additionally, this team owns and leads programs with global scope for compliance, security, or operations that transcend any single business unit. We create the mechanisms for governance, ways of working, and prioritization across the Group. This includes strategic portfolio management tools for managing dependencies and deliverables, defining the format and cadence of program reviews, and ensuring decisions that maximize the investments of people and resources into things that matter to the company's customers.
