We are looking for a talented Senior Staff Product Designer that enjoys solving complex problems with data-driven solutions. This person will be a core member of our growing design team and aid in creating a class-leading SaaS product with desktop, tablet and mobile touchpoints.

In your role as a Principal Product Designer, you will be responsible for identifying, proposing, and leading various projects. Your primary focus will be centered around driving transformation, using design as a strategic tool to refine product strategy decisions, and ensuring that [REDACTED] delivers consistent and compelling user experiences across its product lineup. Since your work will be project-based, you will frequently operate in uncertain terrain, strategically guiding a team's existing knowledge and talent while diplomatically advancing ideas and project plans.
