📋 Description
- Work within a cross-functional Agile Scrum team focused on delivery execution
- Deliver innovative web and mobile experiences and incorporate current design trends
- Use the accepted design system to deliver with velocity and create consistent deliverables
- Drive deliverable completion and support junior designers, developers, and testers
- Work alongside client resources to understand requirements and drive solution acceptance
- Lead interaction and UI/UX activities, including client workshops
- Coordinate with technology and functional leads to accelerate delivery and meet critical milestones
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Service Design, User Experience Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related field
- Strong expertise in User Experience (UX) Design
- Strong expertise in User Interface (UI) Design Processes
- Strong expertise in Interaction Design
- Strong expertise in Service Design methodologies, including journey mapping and service blueprinting
- Experience designing and delivering web and mobile digital products in Agile environments
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and collaborative design sessions
- Proven ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, developers, testers, product teams, and technology leads
- Experience using design systems and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Current Government of Canada Reliability or higher security clearance required at the time of application
