As a Senior Service Designer with us, you will be an important bridge builder in this landscape. We are seeking a Senior Service Designer who thrives on solving complexities across physical and digital touchpoints. You are motivated by understanding the entire ecosystem—from what the customer experiences to the business, systems, and processes that support service delivery.

What you’ll do

• Lead processes from insight and concept development to practical execution and implementation of new services.
• Map and visualize end-to-end customer journeys and service experiences.
• Identify key pain points, understand their root causes, and translate insights into concrete improvement measures that strengthen the customer experience.
• Be a bridge builder—plan and facilitate workshops and working sessions across disciplines, silos, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to effective coordination and buy-in within complex organizations, ensuring decisions are made based on facts and insights.
• Contribute to proposal processes, client development, and the positioning of [REDACTED].

Who you are and what you'll bring

• A minimum of + 5 years of experience as a Service Designer with Norwegian and international companies across public and private sectors.
• Professionally confident and articulate with strong communication skills.
• Strong holistic and analytical skills with a strong ability to structure complex problems and communicate clear messages visually and in writing.
• Process leader - you are confident in the role of facilitator, able to take charge in complex situations, and thrive working with change management and securing buy-in in larger organizations.
• A collaborative, communicative team player who thrives in multidisciplinary teams
• Curious, analytical, and excited by systems-level challenges and human-centred solutions.
• Excellent communicator in Norwegian and English.
