The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the backend roadmap for our US Equity Trading platform, with upcoming expansion into options and other listed products. You will take full ownership of the Order Management System (OMS) and Market Data components, working alongside our C++ engineering team to deliver an event-driven, real-time trading infrastructure that sets the benchmark for the industry.

Role Summary

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for backend OMS and Market Data systems.
• Translate business, trading, and regulatory needs into clear technical requirements for C++ engineering teams.
• Ensure our backend platform is robust, scalable, and ready for expansion into options and additional asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision and strategy for OMS and Market Data within the overall trading platform.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and other business owners.
• Own and manage the product backlog: write epics and detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize work based on value, risk, and technical dependencies.
