📋 Description

• Lead product strategy and execution within Stella, [REDACTED]'s suite of agentic AI products
• Lead strategic planning and tactical delivery for Stella products, ensuring capabilities are grounded in customer workflows and deliver measurable value
• Define, refine, and prioritize AI-powered features
• Engage users, prospects, and partners to understand workflows and pain points and identify opportunities for AI and automation
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to introduce AI capabilities, build trust, articulate value, and drive adoption
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align product plans with business goals and customer needs
• Guide backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and day-to-day development activities
• Ensure clear, actionable stories and requirements, including for AI/ML-driven features
• Collaborate with senior leadership to inform product strategy and Stella's broader AI roadmap
• Track market trends, competitors, and emerging AI technologies
• Use AI tools to improve research, requirements writing, data analysis, and execution, and encourage adoption across the team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of SaaS product management experience with a record of successful product delivery, adoption, and impact
• Experience leading or contributing to at least one meaningful AI-powered product or feature launch
• Strong technical acumen; comfortable engaging with engineers on architecture, APIs, mobile platforms (iOS/Android), and AI/ML integration concerns
• Strategic thinker who can dive deep into details without losing sight of business goals
• Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders, from frontline teams to executives
• Equally comfortable interviewing a customer or working with a software engineer on technical requirements
• Intellectually curious about AI and AI tools
• Prior experience shipping AI or agentic workflow products, particularly in a B2B SaaS context
• Versed in agile development with a bias for action and adaptability
• Strong customer orientation and ability to translate insights into product innovation
• Proactive, self-starting problem solver who takes ownership and initiative
• Comfortable navigating evolving priorities in a growing company
