• Define the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for sleep & wellness product areas, focusing on maximizing key metrics like member engagement and retention.
• Identify, evaluate, and synthesize new product opportunities, market trends, competitive analysis, and member/partner feedback to ensure product solutions are best-in-class and align with [REDACTED]'s overall goals.
• Own the strategy and execution for improving members' early lifecycle experiences with partner-integrated products to drive higher activation and retention.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and detailed specification through development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
• Work closely with Engineering to define and prioritize clear product requirements, non-functional requirements, and platform capabilities for scale.
