📋 Description

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for one or more significant product areas within [REDACTED]'s suite
• Define and prioritize outcomes, not just features, by deeply understanding customer needs, market trends, and business goals
• Develop and maintain a well-reasoned, clearly communicated product roadmap aligned with company priorities
• Lead cross-functional squads through discovery, definition, and delivery of complex product initiatives
• Write clear, thorough product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that set engineering and QA up for success
• Drive Engineering team alignment and ensure your team is focused, unblocked, and moving toward meaningful outcomes
• Own the squad's delivery cadence, stay close to the work, track commitments, and actively remove blockers before they compound
• Work fluently in [REDACTED]'s AI-first development environment, using AI tooling to accelerate discovery, documentation, and delivery
• Use product analytics and qualitative research to validate decisions and continuously improve shipped product
• Act as the primary product voice for your domain in conversations with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success
• Lead customer discovery interviews and synthesize insights into actionable product direction
• Communicate confidently with senior leadership on roadmap, tradeoffs, and progress
• Represent [REDACTED]'s product perspective with external partners and customers as needed
• Champion AI tooling and experimentation to improve both internal workflows and customer-facing experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS product environment, with a track record of owning and delivering complex product areas
• Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to drive execution through cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to executives and engaging with customers
• Experience using product analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes
• Enthusiasm and fluency for AI and a proactive approach to finding ways it can improve products and processes
• Proven ability to maintain high delivery velocity within a dedicated squad in an iterative, AI-assisted engineering environment
