📋 Description

• Own a product area end to end: define success, build and manage the roadmap, and decide what to build next and what not to build.
• Turn collections of features into a coherent product customers understand and a narrative the company can sell.
• Conduct customer research by meeting users, understanding workflows and constraints, and translating findings into product decisions.
• Work day to day with a senior engineering team by writing clear specifications, making fast decisions, and protecting engineering time.
• Partner with the Head of Product on strategy, bringing evidence and arguing for product direction.
• Communicate credibly with customers, sales, and leadership and represent the product area to senior stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience at a high-caliber company known for shipping excellent products quickly
• Track record of shipping complicated, ambiguous features from idea to launch with minimal direction
• Experience building products for technical users or products with substantial infrastructure
• Technical depth sufficient to earn engineers' trust and answer customers credibly
• Strong customer research and product decision-making skills
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders such as chief engineers, program executives, sales, and leadership
• Preferred: experience managing CLI-based tools, SDKs, or other developer-facing products
• Preferred: experience managing desktop or client applications
• Preferred: deep technical experience with cloud or security infrastructure, especially B2B tools for engineers
• Preferred: background in aerospace, defense, digital engineering, or other regulated domains
• Must be a US citizen living within the United States
