📋 Description
- Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results
- Provide and support the implementation of business solutions
- Stay current with customer needs and strategies
- Oversee end-to-end Agile product delivery, from sprint planning to release execution
- Report Generation and Management
- Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals)
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Working experience with fintech or capital markets domains
- Skilled in Report Generation and Management
- Experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders including C level
- Strong grasp of bond trading, trade lifecycle, and OMS platforms
- Proven hands-on Jira experience coupled with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks
- English – Upper-intermediate or higher
