📋 Description

• Own several platform product areas end to end, including strategy, roadmap, initiatives, and metrics
• Align across dependent teams and stakeholders
• Define success measures and ensure products meet quantitative and qualitative goals
• Improve commercial metrics including margin, yield, and conversion
• Discover and scope opportunities
• Give squads clear direction and rationale
• Translate complex, ambiguous challenges into clearly scoped initiatives with concrete outcomes
• Collaborate with PMs, analysts, engineers, data scientists, leadership, and commercial partner teams
• Dive into data and documentation, QA features, and debug with engineers
• Improve the team’s product development practices
• Use AI in product work and help the group improve its use of AI
• Report to the Group Product Manager of the relevant domain

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product management, or fewer with a strong engineering or data background
• Experience owning platform or technical products where the output was a price, offer, ranking, match, or data feed
• Understanding of systems beyond the interface
• Experience with data-driven product development
• Experience working according to agile methodologies
• Ability to translate solutions into executable requirements
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations, data models, algorithms, and recommendation systems
• Ability to hold own with engineers on architecture-shaping decisions
• Ability to work with, utilise, and enable products to produce data
• Ability to influence decision-making at all organisational levels and in varied contexts
• Experience moving between product domains and ramping up quickly
• Excellent communication and collaboration with engineers and business stakeholders
• English fluency
• Candidates based in CET +/-3 timezones
• Nice to have: scientific or engineering degree; experience in marketplaces, adtech, game tech, or travel; two-sided marketplace economics experience
