Senior Product Manager (m/w/d)

We're seeking a pragmatic Senior AI Product Manager to help one of Europe's fastest-growing legal tech companies elevate its product experience end-to-end.

Our workflow and AI products are already in market and delivering real value to law firms. The next phase is about craft, clarity, and scale: strengthening core user experiences, turning AI capabilities into reliable workflows, and building product foundations that can support rapid growth in a conservative, high-stakes domain.

In this role, you'll own major product areas across AI products and AI powered products and platform evolution, working closely with design, engineering, and business teams. You'll combine strong product judgment with a hands-on mindset, shaping discovery, defining solutions, and ensuring high-quality execution from concept to launch.

Tasks

• Be data driven: You evaluate impact through quantitative and qualitative measures, both during beta phases and after full release. You bring together customer research, product analytics, stakeholder input, and delivery learnings to ensure decisions are grounded in evidence and real user needs.
• Build customer-centric products: You work closely with customers through interviews, research sessions, and feedback loops to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and goals.
