Responsibilities

• Lead the development of core capabilities for an overseas POI (Points of Interest) data production platform, covering the end-to-end lifecycle of POI data, including data collection, processing, enrichment, and quality evaluation.
• Own the platform's production efficiency and the quality of POI data, providing reliable location intelligence to support the expansion of international offline business scenarios.
• Translate business needs across different growth stages and use cases into clear project objectives and executable roadmaps. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality data outcomes while leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to drive continuous product innovation and iteration.
• Drive improvements in user experience and business impact by collaborating with engineering teams to define key performance metrics, optimize data strategies and machine learning models, improve data quality and algorithm performance, and coordinate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure successful project execution.
