Senior Product Manager - Enterprise Engineering

📋 Description

• Own roadmap for finance and payouts platforms, incl AI features.
• Lead end-to-end revenue, close, reconciliations, and payout workflows.
• Write product requirements for Eng and Finance teams.
• Partner with engineering to design platform and AI usage.
• Define and track metrics: automation, cycle time, error/payout accuracy.
• Drive change mgmt: training and adoption for new features.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years PM experience on internal platforms or business systems.
• Finance/Accounting tech exp (ERP, revenue systems, payouts).
• Translate complex accounting/regulatory needs into scalable designs.
• Hands-on AI/ML or intelligent automation in business processes.
• Strong systems thinking: APIs, data models, integrations, monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to execs and engineers.
