📋 Description

• Define [REDACTED]'s AI product strategy and roadmap • Be a thoughtful voice on where AI adds real value (vs. automation or deterministic systems) • Act as an internal AI champion, helping the company level up how it thinks about and uses AI • Partner with Engineering and Design to ship AI capabilities that meaningfully reduce manual work and unlock new customer value • Synthesize input from customers, data, engineering, and leadership to make confident product decisions • Work cross-functionally with GTM teams to position, launch, and iterate on AI features • Mentor other PMs and help shape [REDACTED]'s product practices around AI

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS (fintech a strong plus) • Comfortable owning complex, technical product areas or building net-new products from scratch • Experienced partnering closely with engineering; technical or engineering background is a bonus • Commercially minded • Solid understanding of what AI is (and isn't), including how it differs from traditional ML and automation • Regular user of AI tools, with hands-on experience experimenting, prototyping, and using AI in your business and personal life • Loves exploring new ideas, tools, and approaches beyond what's required • Known for making thoughtful decisions and standing behind them, even with incomplete information • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment • Clear, persuasive communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical audiences
