📋 Description

• Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and other teams to ensure all launch activities are coordinated and executed smoothly
• Identify potential risks and issues related to product launches and develop mitigation strategies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all launch-related communications
• Create and maintain detailed launch documentation
• Coordinate the development and delivery of training materials and sessions for internal teams
• Oversee final quality checks and ensure that all launch activities meet established standards and requirements
• Conduct post-launch evaluations to assess the success of product launches
• Continuously refine and improve launch processes and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product operations, launch program management, or program management for SaaS software products
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional product launches in fast-paced, scaling organizations
• Deep experience managing product and launch workflows in Aha!
• Experience operating within Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale operational and business processes that support product development and go-to-market
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success
