📋 Description

• Understand the User – Partner with product owners, researchers, and data analysts to uncover user needs, pain points, and motivations through interviews, analytics, and usability testing. • Design with Purpose – Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that balance user experience, aesthetics, and business impact. • Data-Driven Decisions – Leverage user research, usability tests, and analytics to validate design decisions and iterate for improvement. • Collaborate Across Teams – Work hand-in-hand with developers, UX writers, and data scientists to ensure designs are feasible, functional, and aligned with the product vision. • Maintain Consistency – Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring a unified visual language across all platforms. • Stay Ahead – Keep up with UX/UI trends, competitor benchmarks, and industry innovations to introduce fresh, effective ideas. • Iterate & Improve – Regularly refine designs based on feedback, test results, and business insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5-10 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in product-focused environments. • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process — from research insights to final UI. • Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, or similar tools. • Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design. • Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods. • Excellent communication skills — able to explain design rationale clearly to no…
