📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design of [REDACTED]’s core experience across web and native iOS and Android
• Design onboarding, discovery, matching, messaging, profile, and subscription surfaces
• Rethink information presentation to help members make faster and better decisions
• Design for cognitive load by deciding what to show, hide, or defer
• Turn profile data, verification state, activity, and compatibility signals into readable interfaces
• Move from insight to prototype to production through wireframes, flows, interaction specifications, high-fidelity design, and design QA
• Set and evolve the design system across the platform
• Conduct or co-lead user research with the Product Manager
• Participate in interviews, review session recordings, and read support tickets
• Prototype in Figma, Framer, code, v0, Lovable, or Cursor
• Plan and run usability testing
• Instrument metrics to evaluate design effectiveness
• Use Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and comparable tools to accelerate exploration, ideation, and production
• Build and refine agent workflows
• Contribute to the internal design and product playbook
• For the senior level, set the visual and interaction bar, drive design decisions across surfaces, and mentor and review other designers

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio of shipped consumer product work with real users and referenceable outcomes
• Case studies must identify the metric moved and by how much
• Demonstrated point of view on information design
• Recent work personally driven from research through flow, prototype, and design QA
• Expert Figma skills, including component systems, auto-layout, prototyping, tokens, and multi-file library management
• Fluency with modern prototyping tools such as Framer, v0, Lovable, Cursor, Replit, or comparable tools
• Daily, fluent use of agentic AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Midjourney, or MCP-based workflows
• Technical fluency with code, HTML, CSS, and component-based frontend
• Ability to specify responsive and native behavior clearly
• Hands-on fluency with product analytics such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Firebase
• Experience with session recording tools and A/B testing
• Systems thinking connecting user motivation, data events, and retention impact
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Product Designer level: 2–4 years of product design experience, ideally in consumer B2C, mobile, or subscription businesses
• Product Designer level: at least one feature or flow personally designed end-to-end with a measurable customer outcome
• Product Designer level: comfortable owning a defined surface with mentorship
• Senior Product Designer level: 5+ years of product design experience, including meaningful time as a Senior, Staff, Founding, or IC Design Lead
• Senior Product Designer level: multiple shipped products or features owned end-to-end with measurable outcomes
• Senior Product Designer level: ability to own craft and direction and mentor other designers
