As a Senior Product Designer, you will be fully accountable for the design strategy and execution of our core equities business line. You will lead the design of our central, longstanding product from initial concept to launch
In this high-visibility individual contributor role, you will collaborate with engineering, product management, and legal teams, communicate transparently with leadership, and help define our long-term product evolution. - Lead and execute the product design strategy, creating cohesive and rapid trading experiences for millions of users
- Evaluate and redesign core trading surfaces, such as the order form and ladder chart, to improve interaction speed and simplify complex financial concepts
- Collaborate directly with engineering, product management, design leadership, and legal partners to guide projects from initial concept to final production
- Utilize and assess AI tools within your design process to optimize workflows and propose novel, user-friendly design solutions
- Provide transparent project updates to leadership and help shape the long-term design standards across our broader trading team
