Responsibilities

We’re on a mission to make it possible for each of our users to provide the best support to their customers via a remote device and be able to solve any problem in the most complex environments. As a Product Designer, you will bring a creative mindset to the heart of our engineering and product teams and play an essential role in impacting our products at [REDACTED].

You are a fountain of ideas and a generalist designer who loves playing with new creative concepts, design frameworks and have an innate product and UX/UI sense. You’re a passionate designer interested in learning new things every day and sharing big ideas, but who can fully create a mock and grasp technical aptitude to deliver impeccable design craftmanship. You always search for the best design solution even if it means learning a new concept, uncovering new customer opportunities and use cases, and never forgetting that our design is user-centric — it’s all about people.

• Design product concepts that balance vision, business potential and intuitive user experiences
• Craft every detail for new product features from ideation to pixel-perfect execution
• Work closely with our UX…
