Description

In this role you would help shape the end-to-end user experience for a new product area: interaction, visual design, and motion, from concept through launch. Much of the work involves bringing together information from many sources, in many forms, and presenting it in a way that feels simple and easy to navigate.

Your time will be a mixture of concepting, prototyping, presenting, and debating ideas with designers, engineers, and executives. We're looking for someone who brings ideas and initiative, is comfortable jumping into unfamiliar problems, and can make a thoughtful case for their point of view.

Preferred Qualifications

• Commitment to designing inclusive and accessible products
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Minimum Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-step user journeys in high-traffic consumer products
• Track record of taking initiative and shipping in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong systems thinking; able to make large, dynamic, and imperfect sets of information feel simple and trustworthy
• Open and collaborative communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership, debating trade-offs, and aligning cross-functional partners
• Hands-on prototyping skills and fluency with the platform's design language
