[REDACTED] is creating a new category of work where expertise powers AI advancement. Achieving this requires an ambitious, fast-paced and deeply committed team. You’ll work alongside researchers, operators, and AI companies at the forefront of shaping the systems that are redefining society. [REDACTED] is a profitable Series C company valued at $10 billion. We work in-person five days a week in our San Francisco, NYC, or London offices.

What you’ll do

• Own the design of core user journeys across the product, from initial flows to polished UI
• Collaborate with engineering and product to implement new features and refine existing ones
• Bring clarity to complex user experiences as our product evolves and scales
• Create and maintain a clean, modern visual language inspired by tools like [REDACTED] and powered by elements like [REDACTED]
• Work closely with our Head of Design to articulate and evolve [REDACTED]’s design philosophy & culture
• Help tutorialize the product experience — ensuring that users know what to do without needing to be told

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual polish and UX depth
• Passion for building products that are intuitive, beautiful, and a joy to use
• 4–8 years in product design, ideally at fast-moving startups or high-bar product teams
• Experience working closely with engineers and understanding implementation constraints
• Proven ability to operate autonomously
• Bonus: Experience building AI-driven products or marketplaces
