Senior Product Designer

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to help design and improve innovative digital products used by customers at scale.

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys solving complex problems, creating intuitive user experiences, and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and leadership teams. You will have the opportunity to influence product strategy, design systems, and user experiences from concept through launch.

As part of a high-impact product team, you will take ownership of design decisions, conduct user research, and create solutions that deliver meaningful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and leadership throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Lead product design projects from discovery and research through implementation and launch.
• Design intuitive web-based user experiences and workflows.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather customer feedback.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality product execution.
• Iterate quickly based on user insights, data, and product feedback.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Help define product strategy through customer-focused design thinking.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role.
• Strong experience designing web-based digital products.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
• Experience creating design systems and reusable components.
• Strong understanding of UX research, usability testing, and user-centered design principles.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present design decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing SaaS products, marketplaces, or platform-based products.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology environment.
• Experience taking products from early concepts to launch.
• Strong product strategy and problem-solving skills.
• Experience balancing user needs with business objectives.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $280,000.00 per year
