As our Senior Product Designer, you'll own a product area, solve complex problems in a regulated financial environment, and take care of the craft, clarity, and user value as we grow to millions of investors.

What you'll do

As our Senior Product Designer, you'll take ownership of a product area – spanning onboarding, investing, portfolio reporting, or the workflows that connect them – for the experiences hundreds of thousands of investors use to manage their money, on web and mobile. You'll take initiatives from discovery through launch and beyond, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing to ship intuitive, useful, and well-crafted work that supports our mission of making investing accessible and transparent, while helping mentor other designers as the team grows.

You will:

• Design and deliver polished product experiences across a full product area - not just a single flow - spanning onboarding, investing, reporting, or portfolio flows
• Keep the experience consistent and platform-appropriate across iOS, Android, and web across your area
• Frame ambiguous problems, prototype early concepts, and validate direction through user interviews, usability tests, and competitor research
• Work with analysts on behavioural data, define success metrics for your area, and follow what happens after launch so you can apply the learnings to what comes next
