📋 Description

• Design AI-powered culture intelligence products, including collaboration maps, engagement spotlights, and organizational health dashboards
• Shape product strategy with product and engineering partners
• Lead end-to-end design from research and flows through prototypes, high-fidelity visuals, and implementation collaboration
• Push visual craft through motion, illustration, layout, and thoughtful detail
• Ship quickly in ambiguous environments, leading with concepts or refining engineers’ first passes
• Experiment with [REDACTED] across conversational interfaces and proactive insights
• Collaborate with the product leader, engineering leader, Insights BU designer, and designers and engineers across the company

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating range across UX thinking, visual craft, and interaction design
• Creative experience beyond clean UI, such as illustration, motion, brand work, or visually imaginative side projects
• Ability to simplify complex, data-rich problems without hiding complexity
• Experience designing 0-to-1 products, especially AI-powered products requiring interface invention
• Consumer sensibility applied to B2B software
• Strong communication skills and ability to advocate for design direction
• Curiosity about AI as a product space and as a set of work tools
• Bonus: experience with data visualization, analytics products, or culture/HR technology
• Bonus: comfort prototyping in HTML/CSS/JS or React, or genuine desire to learn
• Bonus: experience designing conversational or AI-native interfaces
