📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for key initiatives within UK and international experiences and global post-purchase experiences across app and web
• Drive projects from discovery through delivery and iteration to achieve customer and business outcomes
• Own complex flows and ambiguous problem spaces, defining problem statements, success metrics, and design direction
• Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to make informed trade-offs and deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences
• Balance speed and quality while contributing to a cohesive product experience
• Use research, data, and experimentation to inform decisions and improve outcomes
• Contribute to design systems and patterns to strengthen consistency and scalability
• Facilitate alignment and decision-making across teams
• Support and mentor other designers
• Partner with design leadership, design research, and content design on end-to-end product vision and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interaction and visual design skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive work with minimal oversight
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication skills
• Experience using research, experimentation, and analytics to guide decisions
• Ability to contribute to team direction and improve ways of working
• Growth mindset and adaptability; ability to leverage modern tools including AI
• Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools, including Figma, G Suite, and Notion
• 5+ years of product design experience or equivalent practical experience
