📋 Description

• Design end-to-end monetization experiences across web-based gaming stores and related products • Translate business goals, user needs, and data insights into scalable, high-impact design solutions • Oversee and contribute to the broader monetization ecosystem, including the Shop Builder Platform, LiveOps tools, and interconnected partner-facing solutions • Ensure consistency, scalability, and strategic alignment across the ecosystem of monetization products • Contribute to and evolve design principles, patterns, and system-level consistency • Advocate for user experience quality while balancing speed, scale, and measurable business impact • Mentor and support other designers, provide design direction, elevate craft standards, and contribute to team growth and design culture

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, including work on complex digital products • Strong systems thinking, UX strategy, and high-quality visual and interaction design craft • Experience working in cross-functional, data-driven product environments • Ability to use metrics, experimentation, and research to guide decisions • Strong communication and collaboration skills
