Senior Product Designer
About this role
[REDACTED] is a Minneapolis design studio that embeds as the senior product-design function inside B2B software companies. We are looking for a senior product designer to contract with us on complex SaaS work, data-dense workflows, design systems, mobile and web, and AI-enabled features. You would own UI execution, states, prototypes, components and dev-ready handoff while our founder owns architecture and direction. Real products, real engineers, work that ships. Starting with a paid test project.
Compensation structure
Contract, starting with a paid test project (roughly 8–12 hours). From there, a defined engagement on a single account, hourly or monthly retainer. Open to converting to something longer-term.
