📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design process for new AI features, from concept and research through prototyping and final UI
• Create low-fidelity wireframes and convert them into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Build rapid prototypes, MVPs, and proofs of concept to validate ideas
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and changing requirements
• Maintain and improve the Figma design system
• Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable across devices
• Conduct user interviews and surveys to understand user needs and pain points
• Provide design reviews for developers
• Contribute to design documentation, playbooks, and best practices
• Research competitors and market trends to inform the strategic direction of AI Agents and UCaaS features
• Collaborate with developers, Tech Leads, and Engineering Managers
• Lead tasks from value analysis and discovery through post-release validation

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably within SaaS companies
• Strong UI design skills and an exceptional eye for visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, and interaction details
• High-quality portfolio demonstrating successful UI/UX work
• Ability to integrate qualitative and quantitative user research into the design process
• Experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems in Figma
• Ability to create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, rapid prototypes, and MVPs
• Experience conducting user interviews and surveys and validating hypotheses before development
• Ability to independently lead tasks from value analysis and discovery through post-release validation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to build trusted partnerships with developers, Tech Leads, and Engineering Managers
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar
• Willingness to experiment with new AI tools and workflows
• Experience designing conversational AI interfaces, copilots, or emerging AI-driven UX patterns is a bonus
• Experience facilitating design workshops or stakeholder presentations is a bonus
