We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design across our core products at [REDACTED]. In this role, you'll drive discovery, uncover meaningful user problems, and transform complex crypto and payments workflows into clear, intuitive experiences. You'll own the full design lifecycle — from early strategy and research through interaction design and polished execution — bringing clarity and cohesion to intricate systems. Working closely with global Product and Engineering teams, you'll ship high-quality solutions that elevate usability, build user trust, and drive measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

• Own a core product area end-to-end, driving measurable improvements in user experience and business outcomes.
• Partner with Product to lead discovery and define the right problems, using research, data, and customer insights to shape direction.
• Simplify complex crypto and payments systems into clear, intuitive flows and interfaces.
